Forward your business calls in minutes.

Forwarding sounds technical. It is usually one code or one settings screen. Pick your carrier below and follow the checked steps to send calls to your OnAnswer247 number.

The three kinds of forwarding

All calls

Every call goes to the new number at once. Your phone does not ring. Use it for full-time coverage or after hours.

When busy

Calls forward only while you are on another call. Use it for overflow, so a second caller still reaches a person.

When you do not answer

Your phone rings first. If you do not pick up after a few rings, the call forwards. Use it as your safety net.

Some carriers add a fourth kind, unreachable: calls forward when your phone is off or has no signal. Each carrier page below says which kinds it supports.

Which one works with an answering assistant

Most owners pick no answer and busy. You can still pick up yourself, and anything you miss goes to the assistant. Pick all calls when you want full coverage, such as after hours or on a day off.

Whichever you pick, test it: call your business line from another phone and check that the assistant answers.

Find your carrier

Every carrier page lists the support page its steps were checked against. Steps and codes can change and may differ by plan, so check with your carrier if a step does not match your phone.
