  5. What to collect

  • If a caller asks for a person, or your rules call it an emergency, it transfers the call to you. It takes a callback number only if the transfer can’t be placed.

Can it answer only after hours, or only when I’m busy?

Yes. Your phone carrier decides when a call is forwarded: every call, only calls you don’t answer, only when you’re on another call, or on a schedule. The forwarding guide shows the options for each carrier.

How do I stop it?

Turn off forwarding at your carrier and calls ring your phone again. You can also cancel any time from your workspace.

What do I get after a call, and is it recorded?

Every call lands in your inbox with its recording and transcript. A real caller also gets a job sheet, and a summary arrives by email. Recording is on by default and you can switch it off for each assistant. Recordings and transcripts are deleted after 90 days.

What if a job sheet was spam, a duplicate or a test?

Mark it “not a job” in your inbox and give a reason. We check the recording and credit it. Register your team’s phone numbers and their test calls are never counted.

Which languages does it speak?
