US dollars. One workspace and one location per plan. Over 100 calls a day? Dispatch starts at $999 a month for 1,500 job sheets; talk to us. Clinics that need a Business Associate Agreement: not open yet, ask for a quote.
Stay in control of spend.
Set a monthly job sheet cap in Settings. At the cap, new calls go to a fallback number you choose while calls in progress finish. You get an email at 50%, 80% and 100% of your included job sheets.
Without a fallback number the cap only alerts you. Extra job sheets bill at your plan’s rate on a later monthly payment, usually the one about a month after the month they were used.
Trial and billing terms
- Signing up and hearing your assistant in your browser are free, with no card. The 7-day trial needs no card.
- The trial ends after 7 days, 10 job sheets or 30 minutes of AI talk time, whichever comes first. If it ends early you are not charged. Pick a plan to keep answering calls.
- Nothing is charged when the trial ends. Your plan bills monthly from the day you pick it.
- One trial per person. A second workspace starts on its paid plan straight away.
- No setup fee and no contract. Cancel any time from your workspace; you keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for, with no refund for the rest. Billed monthly, with no annual plans yet.
- Change plans at any time, except that an upgrade is not available in the last 24 hours before your billing date. Upgrades charge the price difference for the rest of the month at once; downgrades start at your next billing date.
- PayPal takes payment, by card or with a PayPal account. We are the seller and handle refunds. Read the refund and cancellation policy and the terms of service.
Pricing questions
Why pay per job sheet?
Paying per call bills you for every call, including the ones that were nothing. A job sheet is a real caller you can call back. That is what you pay for.
How is a job sheet counted?
A call counts when the assistant captured a callback number the caller confirmed, a location and a request. One caller on one day counts once. Included job sheets don’t roll over.
Which plan should I pick?
Growth costs less than Starter past about 55 job sheets a month, and Business costs less than Growth past about 155. Change plans on the Usage page of your workspace. Not sure how many calls you miss? Try the missed-call cost calculator.
What happens if I go over my job sheets?
Calls keep being answered. Extra job sheets bill at your plan’s rate. Or set a cap, and calls beyond it go to your fallback number.
What if a job sheet was fake, a duplicate or a test?
Mark it “not a job” in your inbox with a reason. We check the recording and credit it. Register your team’s numbers and test calls are never counted.
Can I forward calls from my current number?
Yes. Forward calls from the number you already use to the number you connect. The forwarding guide has checked steps for each carrier. You connect through your own Telnyx or Twilio account, and that carrier bills you for the number and its calls.
Any limits on a call?
A call ends after 11 minutes. A caller who has already been answered three times in the past hour is sent to your fallback number.
Can I get longer retention or integrations?
Not yet. If you need longer retention, dispatch-software sync or automations, tell us.
